Return and Refund policy

At Kevous.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible and transparent refund policy that ensures you can shop with confidence.

1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Some products, such as perishable goods or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and issue you a return authorization number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

3. Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If your item is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back to us. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchange Process If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. We will issue you a return authorization number and provide you with instructions on how to exchange your item.

6. Exceptions Some items, such as final sale or clearance items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We will clearly indicate which items are final sale or clearance at the time of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
